Welcome to the Transcamion Family: JH Ferry Becomes Part of the Transcamion Group

There is exciting news from the Transcamion Group as of 1 October 2026: Transcamion GmbH has taken over the business activities and key assets of JH Ferry. With this acquisition, JH Ferry becomes part of the Transcamion Group – and, in a sense, a new member of the Transcamion family.

With the takeover, we are continuing JH Ferry’s existing business activities and combining them with our many years of experience in the international ferry sector. For customers and business partners, this means continuity as well as access to the structures and extensive network of the Transcamion Group.

The acquisition of the assets includes, among other things, existing business relationships and the associated expertise and know-how. Our aim is to integrate JH Ferry’s established structures and experience into our existing activities in a meaningful way and to continue offering our customers reliable solutions for their freight transport requirements.

A New Member of the Transcamion Family

The Transcamion Group has grown continuously over many years and has constantly developed its activities. The integration of JH Ferry is another step in this development.
